Customized high-purity high-temperature resistant quartz glass instrument products–Goldisgood company
What is quartz glass?
The formation of quartz glass is the result of its high viscosity at high temperature. It is widely used in the production of semiconductors, electric light sources, semiconductor communication devices, lasers, optical instruments, laboratory instruments, electrical equipment, medical equipment, high temperature and corrosion resistant chemical instruments, chemical industry, electronics, metallurgy, building materials and defense industries. High-purity quartz glass can be used to make optical fibers.
With the development of semiconductor technology, quartz glass is widely used in various processes of semiconductor production. For example, the Czochralski method converts polycrystalline into single crystal silicon; cleaning tanks for cleaning; diffusion tubes and groove boats for diffusion; bell jars for ion implantation, etc.
Quartz glass has extremely low thermal expansion coefficient, high temperature resistance, excellent chemical stability, excellent electrical insulation, low and stable ultrasonic delay performance, the best ultraviolet spectrum performance, visible light and near-infrared spectrum performance, and has higher mechanical properties than ordinary glass. Therefore, it is one of the indispensable high-quality materials in modern cutting-edge technologies such as space technology, atomic energy industry, national defense equipment, automation systems, as well as semiconductors, metallurgy, chemical industry, electric light sources, communications, light industry, and building materials industries.
Notes:
1. Quartz glass products are precious materials. They must be handled with care and with great care;
2. All kinds of quartz glass have a maximum operating temperature. This temperature should not be exceeded during use, otherwise it will crystallize or soften and deform;
3. Quartz glass that needs to be used at high temperatures must be wiped clean before use. It can be soaked in 10% hydrofluoric acid or lotion, and then cleaned with high-purity water or treated with alcohol. Wear fine-wire gloves during operation, and do not allow direct contact with quartz glass with your hands;
4. Quartz glass products are allowed to be used continuously at high temperatures, which is beneficial to extend the life of quartz glass and improve its heat resistance. On the contrary, the number of uses of quartz glass products intermittently at high temperatures is limited;
5. Although quartz glass has extremely high thermal stability, it can withstand drastic temperature changes. However, in actual use, due to the residual strain and different product shapes, the thermal stability is somewhat different, so you should pay attention to it when using it;
6. Quartz glass is an acidic material. When used at high temperatures, it must be strictly avoided from contact with alkaline substances (such as water glass, asbestos, potassium and sodium compounds, etc.), otherwise its anti-crystallization performance will be greatly reduced.
