What is carbon fiber twin tube gold coating infrared heat lamp ?

Goldisgood gold coated twin-tube infrared infrared emitters are made of high quality quartz tubes and are equipped with gold reflectors for maximum efficiency. The unique double tube layout gives the radiators a higher radiation density and better mechanical stability. They are available as short wave, medium wave and fast medium wave infrared emitters. This allows you to select the best wavelength for the material to be heated. Dimensions and filaments can be manufactured to your requirements.

Gold Reflector Infrared emitters manufactured by Goldisgood are equipped with gold reflectors that emit heat directly onto the product. The gold coating on the infrared emitter reflects the infrared radiation, nearly doubling the effective radiation from the product. Twin tube The unique twin tube design offers high radiation capacity and very good mechanical stability, even on long tube emitters. Wavelengths, dimensions and filaments can all be manufactured to your requirements. Quartz Glass Goldisgood infrared emitters are made of high quality quartz tubes. Quartz glass is very pure and has good transmittance and thermal stability. Uniform Heating Compared to traditional hot air drying methods, infrared drying provides more uniform heating because infrared rays can directly irradiate all parts of the object, unaffected by air circulation. Therefore, it can heat the object more uniformly, avoiding issues like local overheating or uneven drying. 2.Can I have samples? Is it free? Yes, we are happy to offer samples for you to check and test. Depends on sample quantity and product model.

3.How I make the order from your company? Usually we will quote you the best price within 24 hours after your inquiry. As for samples, it will take 5-7 days. If it’s special customized heating lamp, the time needed for samples could be longer.

4.What is your term of delivery? We accept FOB, CPT,CIF, EXW etc. Usually our company send Express by DHL,UPS, FedEx,TNT,EMS. If weight is heavy, our company suggest it by Air or Sea.

5.What about the lead time for mass production? It depends on the order quantity and the season you place the order. Generally, the lead time of MOQ is about 13 days. We suggest that you start inquiry at least two months before the date you would like to get the products at your country.
