What is Halogen infrared heating lamps ?
Halogen infrared heating lamps heat by combining halogen gas and tungsten filaments to produce infrared radiation. These halogen gases react chemically with tungsten inside the bulb to form halides. As the tungsten filament heats up and evaporates, the tungsten atoms react with the halogen gases to form tungsten halides. When the tungsten halides approach the hot tungsten filament, they decompose into tungsten and halogen gases.
This cyclic process causes tungsten to be continuously deposited on the filament, extending the life of the filament while maintaining the performance of the bulb. The halogen cycle ensures constant infrared efficiency throughout the service life while preventing the quartz glass tube from blackening.

As for samples, it will take 5-7 days.
If it’s special customized heating lamp, the time needed for samples could be longer.

We accept FOB, CPT,CIF, EXW etc. Usually our company send Express by DHL,UPS, FedEx,TNT,EMS.
If weight is heavy, our company suggest it by Air or Sea.
5.What about the lead time for mass production?
It depends on the order quantity and the season you place the order.
Generally, the lead time of MOQ is about 13 days.
