  1. Pre – heating of Plastic Resins
    • In plastic moulding, the plastic resins need to be pre – heated before injection or extrusion into the mould.     • Many plastic materials are hygroscopic, meaning they can absorb moisture from the air. Moisture in the plastic can cause problems such as steam bubbles or voids during the moulding process.
