Here are some applications of 520mm 220v 1200w Sk15 Clear Halogen Lamp IR Infrared Heat Lamp in screen printing:
Ink drying and curing
Quick drying: In the screen printing process, the drying speed of the ink is one of the key factors affecting production efficiency. This halogen lamp has a power of 1200w and can generate a lot of heat, which can quickly evaporate the solvent in the ink, thereby accelerating the drying speed of the ink. For example, when printing some materials such as plastic film, paper or metal foil, the use of this heating lamp can dry the ink in a short time, reduce waiting time and improve printing efficiency.
Deep curing: For some inks that require deep curing, such as UV inks or special polymer inks, the infrared radiation of this infrared heating lamp can penetrate the ink layer, causing the molecular structure inside the ink to undergo a cross-linking reaction to achieve deep curing. This can not only improve the hardness, wear resistance and corrosion resistance of the ink, but also enhance the adhesion between the ink and the printing substrate, making the quality of the printed product more stable and reliable.
Preheating of printing substrates
Improve ink adhesion: When printing substrates of certain special materials, such as glass, ceramics or some plastic materials with low surface energy, preheating the substrate with the halogen lamp can increase the surface temperature of the substrate and make the ink easier to adhere to the substrate. Because heating can make the molecules on the surface of the substrate more active and increase the binding force with the ink molecules, thereby reducing quality problems such as ink shedding and discoloration.
Prevent ink from smudging: When printing some substrates with strong water absorption, such as paper or cloth, if the surface temperature of the substrate is too low, the ink may quickly penetrate and smudge after contacting the substrate, resulting in blurred printed patterns. By preheating the substrate, the penetration speed of the ink can be controlled, so that the ink can better form a clear pattern on the substrate, improving the accuracy and quality of printing.
