Industrial Applications

Composite Curing: In industries such as aerospace and automotive manufacturing, carbon fiber reinforced composites are widely used. Carbon fiber heat lamps can be used in the curing process of these composites. It can provide uniform and controllable heat to fully cure the resin matrix between the carbon fibers. For example, when manufacturing aircraft wings, carbon fiber heat lamps can accurately heat molds covered with carbon fiber and resin, accelerate the curing reaction of the resin, thereby shortening the production cycle while ensuring the quality and performance of the composite material.

Heat treatment of metal parts: For some small metal parts, such as precision mechanical parts and cutting tools, carbon fiber heat lamps can be used for heat treatment processes such as local annealing and quenching. Its rapid heating characteristics enable metal parts to reach the required heat treatment temperature in a short time, and the heat treatment process can be precisely controlled by controlling the power and irradiation time of the heat lamp. This precise control helps to improve the hardness, toughness and wear resistance of metal parts.

Electronic equipment manufacturing: In the welding and packaging process of electronic components, carbon fiber heat lamps can be used as preheating or drying equipment. For example, before welding the circuit board, preheating the circuit board with a carbon fiber heat lamp can reduce the thermal stress during welding and improve the welding quality. After electronic components are packaged, heat lamps can also be used to accelerate the drying and curing of glue or packaging materials to improve production efficiency.
