118mm 240V 300W Short Wave Clear Jack Halogen Infrared heating lamp for heating benifit
1. Working principle
- Halogen infrared heating lamps work based on the principle of incandescent radiation. The tungsten filament inside the lamp is heated to a high temperature when an electric current passes through it. The filament emits a broad spectrum of radiation that includes infrared radiation. Halogen gases (such as iodine or bromine) are added to the lamp bulb. These gases react with the evaporated tungsten atoms and redeposit them back onto the filament, which helps to prolong the life of the filament and maintain its high – temperature performance
- High – efficiency heating: With a power of 300W, it can generate a significant amount of heat. Infrared radiation emitted by the lamp can directly heat the objects in its radiation range without heating the surrounding air first. This direct – to – object heating method can achieve relatively high – efficiency heat transfer. For example, in a small – scale heating scenario such as a workbench in a laboratory or a specific part of a production line, it can quickly raise the temperature of the target area.
